Join The Grief Collective at Axe Me Out on Friday, October 24 at 6 - 8 PM to 'Smash the Past!'
We are a safe, supportive group that is committed to acknowledging loss & helping our community move through grief in a healthy and sometimes fun way.
Bring your own breakables or use what’s provided, write down what you’re ready to let go of, and smash it as a physical act of release. Sometimes healing starts by breaking what no longer serves you.
