Put Down your Phone: Developing Healthy Screen Habits with Your Kids
In this 3-week workshop exploring our cell phone use, our kids’ usage, and the latest neuroscience around screen addiction we will:
- explore our relationship with our phones
- consider the effects of screen use on child development and parenting
- learn how persuasive technology exploits our psychological vulnerabilities and makes these devices so addictive
- develop a family plan for how to create healthy screen habits
