Public Policy: Proposed Changes to 1031 Exchanges
The Biden Administration Tax Plan has proposed a $4 trillion tax plan with changes to 1031 Exchanges. A tool often used by business and property owners. During this session, the Public Policy Committee will hear guest speaker, Brent Abrahm, President & CEO of Accruit explain the history and use of 1031 Exchanges and the impact proposed changes could have.
