Join us for the Annual Non-Profit Summit hosted by the Longmont Area Chamber of Commerce—an evening designed to equip nonprofit leaders and board members with real tools, local insights, and meaningful connections.
This year’s program features a panel of community experts sharing practical fundraising approaches, followed by a keynote on board governance and leadership alignment from the founder of Aligned Influence®.
All nonprofit professionals and board members are welcome—this event is free to attend with registration.

Human Services Program Manager, City of Longmont
Eliberto brings a lifelong dedication to public service, equity, and community building. He manages the City’s Human Services Funding process and has led programs at Intercambio, Boulder County CAP, and Circles. He also serves on several nonprofit boards, all while calling Longmont home.
Eric Hozempa
Executive Director, Longmont Community Foundation
A seasoned fundraiser and nonprofit leader, Eric has spent over 30 years advancing philanthropy and impact in Boulder County. From Eco-Cycle to PBS to the Longmont Community Foundation, Eric brings a deep understanding of strategic giving and community-centered leadership.
Sam Mallouf
Certified Grant Writer, Tacklebox Grant Writing
Sam partners with nonprofits to develop clear, mission-aligned funding strategies—especially in the arts, environmental, and LGBTQ+ spaces. Known for her practical, empowering approach, she helps groups turn big visions into fundable realities.

Ken Schuetz
Founder & CEO, Aligned Influence®
Ken is a governance strategist, author, and longtime executive in higher education. His Aligned Influence® model helps nonprofits clarify roles between boards and executive teams, unlocking smoother operations and stronger impact. Ken teaches at CU Boulder’s Leeds School of Business and works with organizations across the country—bringing both insight and humor to board development.
