About Us

Colorado Dumplings is a product of Rocky Mountain Culinary LLC and our dumplings are tried and
tested products reinvented in Colorado with succulent, idiosyncratic and exotic flavors.

We began this journey to serve the food we believe in, to the community that we live in. We want to make it a profitable business so that we can survive and as well as aid the community in turn with our best intents and efforts within our capacity. We are not here to become millionaires, but we won't mind if it becomes a byproduct of our labor.

Our prices are not conventionally set but purposefully so. We believe that life is hard. We believe that it is very hard for many more people who are trying to make it in this world of economics. We have been through the tough spots. We know what it is like.

Our menu prices are different so that we can support the community while we are able to cover the costs and make an agreeable living for everybody involved.
