Women + Wine - featuring ADAPT Training & Pilates

For the month of August, Women & Wine will feature a program featuring Dr. Syd Haynes, and active WAW member, from ADAPT Training & Pilates.

ADAPT Training & Pilates is a women-owned Pilates studio and private physical therapy practice located in downtown Longmont. Founded by Dr. Syd Haynes in 2021 while pursuing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, ADAPT has grown from a one-woman operation into a vibrant movement space offering reformer Pilates, personal training, community mat classes, dry needling, and physical therapy services with a staff of three dedicated instructors.

At their core, ADAPT strives to make movement education and wellness more accessible in the Longmont community—for all bodies, of all ages and abilities. As part of that commitment, they're thrilled to bring a feel-good, interactive movement session to the WAW event.

Plan to wear something comfortable! Syd will guide you through a light, feel-good seated and standing Pilates mini-session—no mat, no pressure, and no prior experience needed. Just simple ways to support posture, strength, and everyday wellness.

Ticket prices are $30 for WAW members; $50 for non-members. This includes a flight of wine featuring and food platter of your choice, along with an engaging presentation from ADAPT Training & Pilates.
