SOSSAS (School of Statesmanship, Stewardship, and Service) presents 5 weeks of interactive training for Rights with Responsibilities: Democracy and The Community. These 90-minute sessions focus on Cultivating Social Capital, Conflict Resolution, Perceptual Flexibility, Restorative Practices and Principles, Asking Powerful Questions, Transformational Conversation, and Reframing Perspectives - Context & Paradigms. In this fast-paced world, you, your organization, and your business can create a future we all want to live into, especially within community. SOSSAS works to foster civility, thoughtful discourse and empathic listening. We educate, promote and encourage active citizenship within a democracy by embracing stewardship principles a s a basis for leadership.
