We will be showcasing flavors from around the Mediterranean, from southern Europe to northern Africa, and Levant. Come join us for an intimate dining experience, accentuated by local farm-sourced, scratch-made dishes and a curated selection of art. Red Cedar Bistro combines the culinary expertise of award-winning Executive Chef Larry Shore, with his extensive background in Mediterranean cuisine, and the artistic vision of Sandy Shore, who curates the restaurant’s rotating art exhibitions. Larry’s love for the culinary arts was evident from a very young age, reminiscing, “I want to be a cooker man,” a declaration he made at just six years old.
The bistro’s atmosphere will be crafted with a palette of antique copper, dark woods, and vibrant teals, providing a warm welcome to diners. The menu will feature a range of Tri-Regional Mediterranean-inspired dishes, including options for lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. Menu Highlights include Classic Gyro on house-made flatbread, Lamb Bolognese with homemade pasta, Catalan Branzino, and the best Sausage and Pepper Sub you’ve ever had! The restaurant also offers an enthusiastic happy hour with great deals on craft cocktails and small plates.
