Ribbon Cutting:: Pistachio Cafe & Bakery
Join us in welcoming Pistachio Cafe & Bakery to the Longmont Chamber with a Ribbon Cutting!
Sisters Sandra & Perla first opened the doors of Pistachio in August of 2018. The name Pistachio was dreamed up by Brianna, Perlas' 12-year-old daughter.
The sisters grew up in the family restaurant business with their father in Alaska. The family businesses started out in Palmer AK, then moved to Kenai, AK then eventually settled in Colorado.
This is the sister's first business together. They love the chaos in adrenaline of being in the kitchen. Perla finds her passion in baking and has been doing it for over 9 years, and Sandra has been cooking for 10 plus years.
They decided to combine their experiences with baking and cooking and created Pistachio which offers a variety of baked goods as well as delicious food and coffee!
When they're not busting butt at Pistachio you can find Perla working out and singing on her days off. And Sandra can bve found making fall reefs, singing, and drawing.
Ribbon Cuttings are a great way to celebrate our members, network, meet fellow Chamber Members and learn something about Longmont businesses.
