Nonprofit directors and staff are invited to share and learn from their peers about the successes and defeats they’ve experienced with their organization. This event features a keynote from Jodi Millerbernd, the co-founder, strategy consultant and executive coach at Boulder-based Moment Leadership, LLC.

This opportunity to connect and establish relationships comes just two months before Unity in the Community, the largest nonprofit community event in Longmont. Event attendees will learn more about the Unity Funds the Community nonprofit grant and have early access to apply. Food and beverage will be provided!

About Our Speaker:
JODI MILLERBERND has over 20 years of experience leading and supporting mission-driven organizations. Jodi’s unique expertise is from achieving results as an organizational leader (with P&L responsibilities) and as a Strategy Consultant and Executive Coach. Jodi has coached executives and leaders to produce significant results using a combination of 360-degree feedback and behavior change methods. She is an accomplished expert in Strategic Visioning and has helped Executive Teams meet complex challenges. She combines business acumen with in-depth knowledge and experience of organizational and team dynamics to develop substantive, long-term solutions with her clients. She has worked with numerous organizations to support corporate initiatives such as Mergers and Acquisitions, Executive Team Building, Board Effectiveness and High-Potential Leadership Development. Jodi’s work is always linked to core strategies and values that lead to better results with greater employee engagement and satisfaction.

Jodi has held several key leadership positions within Boys & Girls Clubs, nationally as Regional Vice President and in local markets as CEO, Director of Resource Development and Director of Operations. She has held significant leadership positions as Vice Chair of Think Bank Board of Directors, Board Member for Journey to Growth, an economic development planning agency, as well as several civic agencies. Jodi is an accomplished leader and recognized for generating results and by focusing on people & culture. Jodi has earned an MBA and numerous certifications, including: Strategic Planning, Executive Coaching and Virtual Facilitation. She has learned from some of the greatest minds at places like Global Institute for Leadership Development and Harvard Business School. Jodi is an engaging public speaker, having spoken at numerous national & regional conferences on game-changing topics such as change leadership, strategy, organizational collaboration, and coaching.
